SYSTEM OF PLAY: Swiss system of 9 rounds,
TIME-CONTROL: 90 minutes for the 40 moves followed by 30 minutes for all remaining moves with an increment of 30 seconds per move starting from move one
WAITING TIME: 1 hour from the start of round
CRITERIA FOR RANKING: 1.points, 2.median Buchholz, 3.Buchholz, 4.Sonnenborn-Berger, 5.lot
TOURNAMENT FORM: Two separate groups A and B. Both groups will be counted on FIDE ELO.
CLASSIFICATION INTO GROUPS
Group A - players with FIDE ELO 2000 and above
Group B - players with FIDE ELO 1899 and less Players with FIDE ELO 1900 - 1999 can choose to log group A or group B. |
