Format (Open A / B): 7 rounds Swiss System
The starting ranking in the A-Open will be sorted corresponding to ELO (according to FIDE rules). The B-Open will be sorted by tournament rating (TWZ). As TWZ counts the higher number of the ELO or DWZ of a player at the beginning of the tournament.
Entry fee:
Open A (TWZ > 1800): 50 €, youth players U 18: 25 €
Open B (TWZ < 1900): 30 €, youth players U 18 15 €
Blitz tournament: 5 €
In case of registration after 11 June 2019, 10 € will be surcharged. GM and IM no entry fee.
Registration: transfer of the entry fee with name, club and ELO / DWZ to the account of the Chess Club Rottal-Inn
(BIC: GENODEF1PFK, IBAN: DE42740618130003365751), on the day of the opening registration is possible until 3:30 pm
Time control:
Open A / B: 90 minutes for 40 moves, 30 minutes / rest + 30 seconds per move ( "Fischer short")
