Date and venue: 03.10.- 09.10.2011 hall of tax administration Izgrev , 16 A, Anton P. Chehov str.
Time control: 90 min. per player per game with extra time of 30 sec. per move.
System: Swiss system in 9 rounds. The tournament is valid for FIDE and national rating. Pairing will be made by program “SWISS MANAGER”.
Participants: all players sent application form till 25.09.2011 and paid entrance fee as follows:
Players with FIDE rating – 40 BGN.
Players without FIDE rating – 50 BGN.
Students and seniors with FIDE rating– 30 BGN.
Students and seniors with FIDE rating - 40 BGN.
International grandmasters free of charge.
